You will often see shipping counted as a line item in our system. If shipping is on an order then it will not count that item as a point towards the customer's total Rewards Points. If you are ever unsure about if a line item was counted, then you can verify by viewing the order details.
In the example above, you'll notice that the customer has two items in the order. Since one of the items is Shipping then the customer only earned one point for the order! Taxes are also excluded when calculating Reward points for a customer.
